About Trisha

Trisha Zimmerling

Edmonton and area REALTOR® with heart

Before embarking upon a career in Real estate, Sherwood Park born and raised Trisha Zimmerling was building upon her diploma in Sales and Marketing through various successful sales jobs. Then, as she puts, “I bought my first house and fell in love. That made me make the jump into real estate.”

Trisha is even more in love with her career as an Edmonton REALTOR®. “The most important thing is my relationship with my clients,” she says. “I understand the investment they’re making, so I make sure they have a positive, happy experience. I also put a lot of energy into educating all my clients about every step of the process, so there’s no surprises.”

Building relationships, building trust

Trisha builds trust with her clients by taking an authentic interest in their wellbeing. “I believe in being very honest,” she says. “I’d rather turn my clients away from a house instead of pushing them into it.”

It’s no surprise, then, that the bulk of Trisha’s business comes from referrals.

The personal touch

Key to Trisha’s positive relationships with her clients is how positive and personable she is. So, here’s a little more about Trisha, the person…

Trisha and her fiancé Justin just moved onto a 40-acre farm within the Edmonton limits, with their two dogs Emma and Taz. “We do a lot of snowshoeing and hiking on the trails. Justin has wanted to do this since we first met. I’m a city girl, so it took six years to convince me, but I love it,” she says. “It’s my own oasis out here.”

And that’s precisely what Trisha wants to bring to her clients: that feeling of loving your life.

“Trisha went above and beyond for us and steered us in the right direction. Her expertise, connections and business skills made our home buying experience a lot smoother.”
